A NEW BEGINNING.....2014

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone, particularly those  involved in the Specialist Baseball Program in 2014. Some students are returning, some are in their last year before graduating and some who are just beginning a new chapter in their lives.

I am very excited about this year and hopefully the students are too!
This Blog has been created with a means to increase communication between myself and students/parents. Valuable information, resources, events and work will be posted throughout the year  for everyone to follow, including links to promote further reading and understanding.

Students will be given opportunity in class to develop their skills and knowledge relating to specific baseball fundamentals, strength & conditioning, game play, coaching, nutrition, biomechanics and more. Different environments will be used for this, including: school baseball field and cages, swimming pool, weights room, recreation centre, class room, baseball park and access to various technology.
