The year 8's played a modified baseball game in the school hall called 'wiffle' ball baseball. The diamond is smaller and the ball is a plastic 'wiffle' ball with holes in it. Students self umpire and coach (positions, rotating pitchers). Students come up with strategies for discrepancies and we look at what rules can be altered before and during the game. It was a fantastic game with Caige hitting a grandslam in the bottom of the 9th to steal victory for his team!
