MLB OPENING DAY @ THE SCG

In just four days the LA Dodgers will play against the Arizona Diamondbacks to kick off the 2014 MLB season at the Sydney Cricket Ground. This is a historical event for Australian Baseball and will be broadcast to millions of people across the World!

The newly named Southern Thunder (Australian Senior Team) will play two practice games against the Major League clubs leading up to the series opener on Thursday and Friday. 

Western Australia will be represented by Luke Hughes, Tim Kennelly, Brendan Wise and Scott Mitchinson.

This is sure to be an exciting week for Baseball fans, and for those students and parents heading East for the weekend I hope you have an amazing trip. Be safe and take heaps of photos!!!
