TEE DRILLS
These drills are designed to work on our absolutes (fundamentals). They are specifically designed to focus on individual aspects of our swing. They are only "drills" and are not for games or live hitting.

FRONT SIDE FLIP
This is designed to create a good swing path to the baseball and get a "feel" for what the baseball is doing off the back. It is also great for working on approaches and game situations in a more controlled environment.
1. The person flipping the ball make sure you are back and behind the screen
2. Take a good step forward and try to under-hand flat strikes
3. Hitters emphasis should be driving the ball to the top corners of the cage
DEMO
LIVE BATTING PRACTICE
This can be done on the field or in the cages. The emphasis here is not on technique but on executing approaches or situations.
1. Think about certain counts that you are hitting in (ahead in the count or 2-strike approach)
2. Execute situations- practice game approaches (moving runners, knocking runner in etc)
3. Create a good bat path to the baseball and "feel" for the result, don't "look" for it.
Whenever you get an opportunity to practice take advantage of it and take "QUALITY SWINGS".
You execute in games the way you practice, so create good muscle memory!
